Distribution

Panini can distribute its products in more than 500,000 point of sales all over Europe within 72 hours. The Distribution Division was therefore established in 2000 to actively pursue opportunities to distribute products of third party providers through the Company's existing distribution network, further leveraging its infrastructure.  The Group distributes a variety of third party products such as pre-paid telephone recharges through point-of-sale terminals (all major mobile telephone operators in Spain and France are covered), small toys, and books to newsstands and supermarkets through the same third party network used to distribute products from the Collectibles and Publishing Divisions.

PAN was established in 1996 upon Panini’s acquisition of the Alessandro Distribution operations in Italy.  PAN distributes comics published by the Publishing Division, as well as third party comics, books, DVDs, videos, games and related merchandise, directly to over 200 Italian specialty comic shops.
